Grant the Asperato technical team access to your Salesforce Org using the ‘Grant Login Access feature’ as follows:

  • Salesforce Lightning: At the top of any page in your org, click your Avatar, select Settings, then click Grant Account Login Access
  • Salesforce Classic (Option 1): Click Setup | My Personal Information | Grant Login Access
  • Salesforce Classic (Option 2): Click Your Name | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access
  • Set the 'Access Duration' for 'Payonomy Ltd. T/A Asperato Support'. Note: Access for technical escalations must be set for a minimum of one month.
  • Click Save.


Once you have completed these steps please let us know how long you have granted access for and the Salesforce ID of the org in which the access has been granted.

To obtain the org ID click the Setup link and locate 'Company Information'.  The value we need is in the field 'Salesforce.com Organization ID'.
