Asperato joins Unaric

After 10+ years of building and growing Asperato, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve joined forces with Unaric.

This strategic move is an exciting milestone for Asperato, unlocking new opportunities that were until now just beyond our reach. Our already experienced team is eager to embrace this next phase, enriched by the added resources and expertise from Unaric. This step builds on our past successes but also sets us on a path to greater achievements and industry leadership.

Introducing Unaric

Unaric is building the world’s largest suite of Salesforce applications. The business was founded by Salesforce veterans, who have built and grown powerful ISV applications just like ours. They have an intimate knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and a deep understanding of what Salesforce customers want.

What happens next?

As of now, nothing is changing. The Asperato team that you know and trust will continue to run the day-to-day operations under the leadership of Nick Chaffe. Your point of contact for feature requests, customer support and renewal conversations will not change.

We are excited that Unaric remains committed to Asperato’s vision and strategy. We can now move faster, with more resources and greater focus than ever before. As our customer our success helps us deliver more value to you.

Will there be any change to our contracts?

No. Your contract terms remain the same and renewals will proceed in the same way as before.

Should any details of contracting change, we will communicate with you well in advance of any changes

Will our data be safe?

Absolutely. Technically nothing is changing in this respect, your data will be treated in exactly the same way as it was before. Again, should this change we will of course communicate to you as per our current policies.

How do we get support?

No change here either. You can contact the same team at support@asperato.com or visit https://payonomy.freshdesk.com/support/solutions
