Payment & Authorisation Page Changes

What's Changing:

We have enhanced the look and feel of the paypage to accommodate different types of payment methods, denoted by new icons at the top of the page.  This will affect both the Authorisation paypage and the Payment paypage where there is more than one Payment Route Option set i.e Card and Direct Debit

Benefits for you:

More modern look and feel plus supportability for alternative payment methods in the future e.g. Apple/Google Pay

When to expect the changes:

The updates to our payment page will be implemented on Monday 25th March 2023. During this period, we do not anticipate any disruption to the payment services and these changes will be rolled out for all clients using our standard paypage.  

What you need to do:

Nothing - we will roll out these changes without any effort on your side.
