Asperato courtesy notification is an email that informs the customer when there has been an issue updating data in Salesforce. This notification is generated by the system and is sent from noreply@asperato.com email address.

Payment record updates can fail for various reasons and further details are usually included in the courtesy notification. Typical examples include broken flows, triggers or other customisations that might be preventing payment records from being updated. In some instances record updates may also fail due to configuration issues with Asperato integration.

At present it is not possible to resend these notifications and customers have to perform a manual record update once the issue has been rectified.
